Yes, every employee undergoes a thorough background check. Employees are not able to begin working until their background report is received and reviewed by our HR department.
Yes, under the structured family care program a family member, friend, significant other or neighbor can provide support to their loved one while remaining in their home. You do not have to have formal training. Our team is here to support you as you care for your loved one.
A. Call our office and we will arrange to conduct a in home no-obligation assessment. We will work with you to identify caregivers who have the skills , compassion and availability to assist you. Once you agree on service your service usually can begin within 24 hours.
